#95246 Are you asking for a diy on wiring the gauges or placing them somewhere? Or both?

#95323 I put mine where my HVAC controls were. There were already 12v and dash light wires there so it was easy wiring. I made a fiberglass pod to fill the hole.

Image
your gauges will come with directions telling you what to connect each wire to

Image
Use a test light to ID the dash lights and 12v wires you need.

Image
solder all your connections & heat shrink to protect them.

Image
I plugged right in to the HVAC plug so I wouldn't have to cut the harness.

all done

you wouldn't happen to have a DIY on how you did that pod holder, now would you? :hehe: if so i would greatly appreaciate it if you can help me make one as slick as yours, lov the idea that it faces the driver.. very, very clean... :thumb:

#95476 I might have taken some pics, but being my first fiberglass experiment, it was kind of a mess. It's probably as much bondo as it is fiberglass
Start by building a mold out of cardboard or foam core, but make it a little smaller than the size of your DIN. Then I covered it in fiberglass, a couple layers, and took the foam core out. Then lots of sanding, filling and finally painting.
