Ok, took my girl to college today.
Parked in this bay (pictured below), where as you can see, is a end bay. These bays being off a road, which isn't that major, minor traffic drives by.
As I pulled into this bay, I pulled in at a funny angle, at this point a learner driver pulled up to the left of me, from the opposite side of the road just after I pulled into my bay but they pulled up really REALLY close to my car (notice NO bay, and double yellow lines, oh and a sign that says no parking don't obstruct this gate) The learner was so close it must of been on or inside my bay line. As I was parked at a funny angle, I thought I would straighten up, so stuck it in reverse. I couldn't see shit because this leaner had pulled up so close to me, also as the learner car wasn't parked fully in with the back sticking out slightly with the front not meeting the curb. So I just started easing out of my space to pull forward so I could park properly. As I'm backing out inch by inch so I could see behind this learner car. BAM a complete dents blonde bitch has swiped the back end of my car. She then slams on the breaks, backs up gets out leaving her car parked in the middle of the road (fucking idiot). Then I get out. The next funny thing is that she has a phone in her hand (was this there when driving? No one has a car accident and instantly reaches to get their phone out, do they? I know I didn't). Then she says how it was all my fault. I explained how I was moving out inch by inch, heck! I must of been about half a foot out the bay past the line on the road. The next thing that really makes me almost loose it, was the driving instructor gets out, hands his card to this dumb blonde bitch and says "I saw it all". Why dont I get a card? My fault eh? Then she has a right go at me about how she's just been invloved in a 3 car pile up which wasn't her fault and how she's only just got her car back. Then she took my details, at the time asking "Is it a Hyundai?". At the same time rang her boyfriend asking him what to do and if she should call the Police (What do I do? I'm a dumb blonde), and I overheard her say on her phone, "yeah he's really young", which myself only being 19, her being earlier 30's? age is a problem? So we take each others details and she leaves.
All I can say, is what a complete fucking dumb bitch, if this shit goes down on my record as now having to sort her fucking pile of shit 307 out, I'm gonna go fucking mad. As this fucking shit totally was not my fault.
I think my car is a write off as the left side wing is fucked and I think it may of bent the chassis. The bumper is fucked, rear lights and tail gate. Also the brackets which hold the rear glass on are bent and the window is pissed, also my Spoon exhaust is bent and dented and now sounds like a fucking stock car, also pointing to the ground. The other funny thing was that she was complaining on how expensive and new her Peugeout 307 was (53 plate, hmm 03 really new?), the damge to my car must of been shit loads more of what happened to hers. All that was wrong with hers was a torn passenger door and scrapes down the whole side.
As this is going to be my 2nd EG written off, I'm no longer going to be in the EG game as all I get is bad luck.

Bottom line is YOU were the one pulling out of the space, weather it be pulling forward, backward, or sideways. I know if I cant see where I'm going, or whats coming at me, I dont just keep driving. True the dummy that parked right on top of you didnt help the situation any, I understand its a shitty situation to be in, but........its still your fault. You shoulda got out of the car to look, or had your girlfriend get out and look for ya to make sure that you were clear. You cant just trust that other people are driving with their eyes open at all times.
I'm not trying to be a dick, I'd actually like you to fix your car, and document all the steps you took and post it on the forum. Save your ride man.
