what size tire would one have to have to get the stretched look? Or if thats even how its done, i really have no idea

195's will get you this on a 15x8 so anyhing lower will stretch more. (not much of a stretch)

stretching is a VW thing... they go crazy and put a 195's on a 10" wide rim
