- Mon Mar 07, 2011 2:43 am #242628 so i must ask y would it have cracked like that? is just that you put too much power to an old block or that the build was just crack because the block is to weak for that much power? i'm asking because i'd like to boost my car in the future and i has to be relable bc its my DD. and if the block crack i'm be kind of shit of of luck if you know whatg i mean.

The block must had a weak spot there or when tightening that coolant drain back it was tightened too much that it made a hair line crack in the thread . and with the boost pressure made it worst. shit happens. repair. re-enforce the area and back at it again!!! =] :woot:
