What eg do you have... ex/cx/dx/si/lx etc... and Are the wheels 4x100? or 4x114.3? most of them ive seen are 4x114.3..

depends on ride height, tire size, camber, spring rate...
You should be okay unless any of the above are too extreme. Worst case you may have to roll the inner fender lip.

I almost got some that were the same style this past weekend for a Flippin good deal but they were 4x114....Also Teal is right thats a very low offset...But if u can pull it off then SICKNESS!!

those are 4x114.3 pattern. 4x100 has the holes closer together.
the wheel would also stick out 27mm more than a 15x6 +45 wheel would. I really need to find out the stock specs on our steelies...

some of those adapters are kinda thick which will be adding more negative offset to the wheel. You didn't mention adapters before... you may have a fitment problem with these on your car + adapters...
