#101517 I picked up a set of 15" wheels with 225/50/15s. Was wondering if anyone has ran this size on a civic and if they rubbed. I have one on the car and it seems to clear: But I don't have my motor in the car so I know its not accurate

lowered 1.5"- 2" max

15x7 I think it's a 38 offset

SportMax 940 15"

#101593 There is a good chance that it will rub nasty. From the 15x6 +45 your rim is extended 20mm further out and you will have 6mm less room inside, just from the rim. and with 225 width tires Im sure you will rub. You might want to role and pull your fenders. even with your drop.

Googled the Sportmax 940s it's a +38 offset. I already planned on renting the fender roller tool. I'm more or less concerned with if they'll hit the subframe rail in the front

#101599 I know its a +38, you said that. Im telling you how much its different from say a Si wheel, or LS meshie. With the offest and width difference a 205 will rub on the inner rail. Mine does on a 15x6.5 +45. It will rub more with a 225.
