Rear bottom seats popping out

Does anyone knows how to secure the bottom seat so it doesn't pop out in the corners.

There are two plastic clips that the front part of the seat pops into, and the back is secured with two bolts.(mabee 3 i can't remember)

Sometimes if the bottom half of the seat is damaged it won't lay down flat. Water damage usually causes the foam to curl up on both sides.
