That seriously sucks...but I am sure its fixable though insurance may write her off id buy it back and fix it I got slammed by a big rig in the rear and ended up with 900 and though insurance never wrote it off I fixed her myself and it looks pretty darn good though I have to get another tail gate since mine dosent sit correctly anymore to the bracketry.....mounting point is messed up.....
But anyways Id say rebuild it
Also to get the rear bumper popped out take a heating element such as a hair dryer and heat up that area then slowly work it out. one area at a time (learned it from a body man and it dose work fixed my bumper)

man fuck that shit.... I would have flipped out on that chick. Sorry to see the damage dude... maybe you will be covered? I had an 08 Tundra back up into my eg on the right side when I was asleep. The insurance company told me 1500$$ to fix it..... but the guy who hit me insurance paid for it.... Keep us updated on the civic..... its still fixable!
