I did it once to re-wrap them. as for the insert of the panel you have to take it off from behind. there is melted rivet spots that have to be removed with like a grinder or even a sander with 40 grit could work. the material will come off there really easy. hope this helps :thumb:

- Wed May 20, 2015 3:13 am #353825 the fabric on mine was already falling off. so needless to say i just peeled it right off in 2 seconds

but like egsedanguy said, they are like melted into the rest of the door panel. i used a die grinder but that chewed them up pretty bad and made reistalling them a pain in the ass.
