We got engine/tranny/wiring as a package for $2200 from a race shop in Shreveport that doesn't do it anymore.

- Sun Dec 29, 2013 9:47 pm #340696 So I swapped the strut tower bar, which was pink, over to the Sedan! Also swapped distributors so I can drive it and basically downed the hatch to get it up to my standards.

LOL, I should have been more clear. The sedan was down because the distributor took a crap a few days ago and I haven't been able to figure out specifically what component failed. So since the hatch had a brand new dizzy and there are things that still need to be done to it, I downed the hatch by swapping the GOOD dizzy onto the sedan so I can drive it again. It's the Hatch that's down.

- Mon Dec 30, 2013 1:07 am #340714 i absolutely hate when i have to swap parts out of one car to another to make only one drivable... i like the feeling of being able to just hop in either car and drive without working. i had to swap batteries for a while to drive a different car for a few months and that sucked.

I agree, I hate doing that too. But at least it gives me time to fix up all the bugs on the hatch.
