Hey guys, TINY update. need to sort my stance with some newer, harder coilovers, so currently doing tiny bits on the car.

right, looking to try and sort some form of stance on this now.
but I have no idea what I'm doing.... Does anyone have what I need to be looking at?
I've heard thigns like i need a very hard damping rate, but also hard spring-rate? but then when i've been running at this ride hight i get some rubbing. I'm planning to:
remove arch liner, then underseal
Camber Arms
All fresh bushings
New coilovers [MiesterR]
Roll arches
Wheel Spacers
what else Do i need for some stance?
Is there a website with a DIY similar to the 40 pages of NOS that explains about the theory behind suspension & stance? Will post this in Suspension as well

the lower it goes, the further it pushes the camber out.
maybe stretch the tyres a bit, but what youve listed sounds good.

Lots of updates:
Car was crashed into when parked outside my flat - door's fucked and dented, and my MOT ran out as well.
To do list:
Fit front Benen Tow Hook
Offside steering rack gaitor needs replacing... Any tips?

Yeah i need to get the tie rod off so i can get the rubber gaitor off, bit of a pain but shouldn't take long.
The rubber gaitor has split around the circle edge so I need to replace it and then put it back to stop grit etc. getting in there that could mess up my steering.
Bloody insurance over in the UK is a pain, I've had about 8 companies contact me claiming to deal with it and it's almost in its 2nd month now and still no money or fix
On a lighter note - when the insurance money comes in I might get a reforged B16a2, and then all i'll need is a B series turbo mani and hopefully be pushing 300hp.

Gotcha, just didnt understand your lingo for it.
Its pretty straight forward to do those boots, I replaced mine with MOOG units.
