99 Spec JDM b20b + LSD B16 Transmission on engine hoist ready to go in.

Power Stearing pump is just sitting there until I get the correct top mount.


No Intake Manifold so I can reconnect the mounts and wiring harness easier.



Speaking of the Intake Manifold, I drilled out the old vacuum bung, tapped it and stuck in a new brass nipple to connect my brake booster to.


Poor B16

I had TONS more pics however my phone didn't save them or overwrote them. Either way they are gone and I cant get them back.

Will finish it up saturday after work.

Lol, Thanks. I hope so. I have seen a few videos of non-vtec b20's matched to b16 transmission ek's that are faster then ek's with gsr swaps or gsr/ls-vtec integra's.

I wont be doing any street drag racing, But I will enjoy having a fast car. It will mainly be doing moutnain runs. My old poor b16 just couldn't cut it on up hill sections. I have much higher hopes for the new b20 setup.

Everything is in and starts up!!!

At first it gave me a scare and wouldn't start, Was looking at timing and it sputtered to life.

Will idle but not much else, Probably because its a connected to a B16 ECU.

Will try connecting it to a OBD2b-OBD1 Connector adapter and a OBD1 Chipped ECU with B18b data on it. That should run it fine until I get it tuned.

When Its running good under its own power I will make some videos for you guys.

- Thu Apr 01, 2010 4:29 am #184916 My Friend Justin got a good idea to Paint up our Headlights, After getting his all Done, I couldn't help but to do mine.

We took our Headlights apart, and then Masked off the Blinker section, Painted the inner headlight part black, and then Painted the lends of the blinker section Amber.







The B20 Runs good, However I have Wiring harness issues. My Battery isn't charging(replaced battery and alternator) and my Speedomtor doesn't work. After some Diagnosing I belice its my Wiring Harness.

I will be looking into this more indepth soon, Until then I am driving it in the day, Park it at night and pull the battery out to charge it, plug it back in in the morning and drive agian. This is getting me by until I fix the wiring harness.

With Nice Weather gracing the Pacific NW, I will probally have a photoshot with my Friend's Ek Soon.
