if you are going flat i would say paint em. if you go with a gloss then leave em IMO

- Mon Apr 20, 2009 8:10 pm #111922 ok then ill paint them. just got a price on the paint. $84.80 for a quart. once reduced it becomes 1 1/2 quarts sprayable. so $169.60 ill have all the paint to do my car. but should i leave it all satin black or should i throw in some glossy color like the stripe on it now? o ant the paint is hot rod black. i can turn it into a rat rod. satin black with white pinstipes, and keep the red rotas and put baby moons in the center with whitwall tires. hu hu. just an idea. i think if done right would be wicked.

they are supper sweet, looks hella mean rolling down the street with em on with the fresh amber markers. all i need now is side markers and jdm yellow fogs and ill be done with my lighting. will be in san jose ca on the 9th for the norcalevo show and will make sure to snap shots of all the ride out there. i hope to see some egs out to cause ill be reping my car and all the egs if im the only one lol.

ill get some better shots of the whole car later so i can compair to the better pics. but its low. tucking a lil tire all the way around. also as i was doing the rear found my lower control arm bushings were shot to shit so i ordered some poly bushings. also my trailing bushings are going too. will order those next week along with some other bushings. now i need some sway bars, and rear sub brace and will also be getting front h brace. o and lower strut bars for bling factor. and if my card are delt like they were at the casino saterday i wanna get the benen tow hooks. :thumb:

- Wed May 06, 2009 9:06 pm #115374 lol ya i kinda wanna go just a lil lower but i live here in cali and the roads are messed up with holes and shit so dont wanna lose my lip on a pot hole.lol and i will eventually get a full suspension kit that is worth more than 20 bucks. but in the mean time i love it.

- Tue May 12, 2009 4:56 pm #116353 lol well i might paint in 2 weeks. i kinda fell of the matte finish since i have seen some cars with it and kinda not hot looking. and i keep picturing in my head a glossy black finish. if i do gloss ima put in some pearl. im going to start makeing some blacks and make a few spray sheets and ill try to get some up befor i paint.
