OBD1 Motor OBD2 car

i herd all u need is the jumper adapter that converts the car from obd2->obd1 is this true or you need other shyt too?

the only downfall is if they have emissions check in your area. Here, OBD2 cars are now tested diagnostically by plugging them in & scanning the ecu. OBD1 cars are still run on the 'dyno' with a sniffer on the tail pipe.

Same here in AZ. Cant wait to move back to Chicago, they dont even test OBD1 cars anymore.

Nah i dont really care about emissions cuz i can buy a inspection sticker for a decent price. so i dont need the jumper harness i need to take out my harness and send it to those guys and ill be good? this is what i thought i would need
