Best Place to get a Motor

Ive been looking for a new motor sometime now and I was wondering what the best place would be to get either a b16a1 or b18b ls..not set on what I want yet..but need a general idea of what I'm going to have to spend

so buying the hasports with the motor is probably the best.. seems how hasport offers the mounts for like 300 with the motor

Yea I'm in the same situation as u, within a few months I plan to get a b16 sir-II, I heard a lot of good out off hmotorsonline, the motor usually comes in very clean and everything is in good working order. I herd the guy to talk to there is steve I herd he is a kool guy and can answer all ur questions.

the nice thing about hasport is that you can get everything you need for the swap and that would make life soo much easier and cheaper

sorry for bring up dead threads but will stock mounts work? and what is the advantage of the hasport mounts just stiffer=more power the the ground

yes stock mounts work. i used the oem mounts for my b18b1. i want the hasport tho. they are mush stiffer and help keep the power to the wheels. i notice my engine moves a lil bit and i can feel the slop in it. but its ok for know. but if you plan on tracking it and racing round then i would sujest you go ahead and get the hasports and save yourself the hassel later
