Depending on how you build it you can get 240+ out of it.

Not gonna happen on any B series. Even hard on a K series. most ive seen on those is 300.

You knew you were going boost the whole time if you wanted 400 hp.

then you need to lower your power goals. 200 whp is alot for a civic.

LowtecDerbo had 272 whp and 214 wtq with a built turbo D. So the 300's with a built turboed B18c is possible, just expensive.

the only way to even COME CLOSE is running a 2.4 liter K series block with HIGH HIGH Compression 14:1 (something undrivable on the streets) running on alcohol.

You would probably be idling at 3000rpm with a rough idle and probably spin to 10k-11k rpms to even come close to 400. You will sacrafice longevity of the motor just by making it so powerful.

250whp from a B series is more than enough to reach 12s in a hatch. Its actually possible to hit 11s with that kind of NA power.

Mind you, turbo hp is alot different than NA hp. alot of 200whp NA guys keep up with my old turbo setup till we hit around 80+
