pinched coolant hose

i put a b18 in and now i have a 1inch hose that goes into the firewall from the motor that is pinched, it doesnt fit right, its coolant, my question is does it matter? would a hose fit from a b18? what is the hose going to called? heater? thanx in advance. vtec now wired to ecu!! YAY YAY!

well which one is it the one on the bottom or top? since i think the one from the top you can use a b18's or in worst case scenario undo the hose and measure by laying it in place and making some adjustments i.e. cut the thing to fit....

You can use one off a B18 as most of them are a generic size as far as I know of.
It will either be the inbound or outbound heater core hose which circulates coolant through it.

i will order the bseries hoses, but does it matter if its pinched, looking at the firewall its the one on the right.

right on mine, which is a right hand drive vehicle is the inlet, it should have a plastic black looking valve on there which controls hot coolant entering the system. i'll try getting you a pic of mine so you know where the hoses connect up to
