gsr swap obd1

i had a junk minime in the ferio, 5sp. im getting an obd1 gsr swap with harness and ecu etc.. im doing a wire tuck and have painted the engine bay already. my question is,
Is there anything i have to do different to the car or wires to get it in(compared to another d15), i know the mounts and axles stuff. but im no tech guy when it comes to wires. can someone help that HAS DONE an obd1 bseries swap? thanx :thumb:

you have si?
if soo you dont need to ...everything is hooked up maybe just exhaust sensor.. but if no si then you need to wire up vtec and another thing..but i forgot anyone help? :hehe:

You will at most have to run a few wires for the VTEC and Butterflies on the GSR motor.

Refer to this post to see what wires go where and which ones you have to run for your motor.

its a not an si, dx is his name, but im getting the harness and ecu, do i have to do another msd rpm activation box for vtec?, those suk and dont always kick in. anyone wanna buy a minime swap for 300?

You dont need anything from MSD to get it running perfect.

i used the ugly msd activator switch, its just that theres wires comeing from the selonoid, distributor, power cable then to the msd box and the little black connecter box. wires everywhere, if anyone wires vtec do it to the ecu not the stupid msd box, its a hassle and its hidious
