hey, i have finished the b16a2 converion on my eg, its running obd1 interior and engine loom, today after putting about 1.5 litre of oil and water in the radiater i connected the battery and then turned the key but i didnt started it, it was giving the engine light, then i tried the daignostic test with the paper clip, it gave a permanent engine light like before, then i tried starting but there was nothing no click or starting noise or anything, let me know what would be the problem, i am desperate to taste the vtec on b16, help me out please, thanks amer

check to be sure all grounds are attached in the engine bay. does the starter crank? can you hear the fuel pump prime? Is it getting spark?

yes all grounds are attached in the bay, but ike i said there is nothing no cicks no sound nothing, Amer

sorted the ecu out and the engine light, no codes anymore, but today i tried starting the car, the fuel thingy happen, and when i tried startiung it click aswel, but no starter motor noise, battery is charged aswell, Amer

on the left side of the engine bay check the plugs that sit on top of the fender aft of the top of the shock mount. one of them is a jumper make sure that plug is in there cause if its not the car wont do anything

sorted everything out, bought a civic esi loom, and changed 2 sencer works fine now, now finger corossed for mot, Amer
