Civic EG

so i have a few questions becuse my gsr keeps stalling and wont start somtimes
sometimes i hear my fuel pump kick on other times i dont here it and it still starts even when i don't hear it. i am unsure on what pump it is but should i always hear it regardless ? and it never stalls while driving it stalls when i drive it for a while then turn it off and try to start it again it will shut off then i wait a bit and starts right up.
also i have noticed its been running a llittle richer then normal it always ran a little rich after the tune but i just noticed it since its been cold out any ideas?

i change the fpr,fuel filte,gas cap and still the same thing with no cels no misfire nothing its just some times when i turn it on it bogs low and dyes and it does not bog when i drive only sometimes when i are it up. then once it dies i restart it and it seems fine other times it keeps cranking

Main relay needs repaired? Look up re-soldering the main relay joints
