Describe the symptoms. The first things to pop into my head is the FITV, or the IACV, but I need more info if I'm going to be any help.

it only idles awkward SOMETIMES.. it never did this before, i tried cleaning out the idle air controll.... nada, its not a lack of coolant or air in the system problem , so im pretty sure its not the idle air controll valve.... (UNLESS its going bad..)

anyways the syptoms.. : Sometimes it wont even idle awkward ,

its not a constant idling.. when i come to a stoplight throw it in neutrual sometimes it will give it 3-5 revs ( very low rpm) nothing crazy like up to 2k.. or sometimes it will just keep idling up until i take off...

im reading what you have written but i just cant make any sense from it :?

main causes of idle issues are:

- idle control valve
- air in the coolent system
- air leak

take a look at those and come back to us.

Here you go.

http://www.c-speedracing.com/howto/b18cswap/swap4.php

VTEC wiring isn't even as complicated as an aftermarket deck install. If all that was already mentioned was checked and your wiring meets step 29 and 30 in this DIY. It's possiblly a vacuum problem which YOU have to figure out or a mechanic. No one can source the problem via internet. Good luck.
