Ok my LS just isnt cutting it anymore. Its going south and needs a rebuild really soon. im taking it to the autox this sunday for my first event with the motor and suspension.
ive been thinking about just swapping in a GSR motor since I have a GSR tranny already. I was wondering a few things though.
I want to make sure the GSR is pretty fresh when it goes in, hence Im going to be swapping the pistons rings and such for a rebuild and a bit more compression. I was also thinking about using an LS crank in it to give it more stroke. My question is, do I use the LS rods, either stock or eagle, or go with the GSR rods, stock or eagle?
I would also be putting on cam gears, and a new Intake manifold as I dont like the stock GSR one at all.
