hey i have a problem with my car, it has the stock d15b7 with about 209,xxx miles and when the car is cold[after sitting for a few hrs.] my car runs like a champ, but after is warms up and i have been drivin for about 10-15 miles the car loses all its power, and some times if i shut it off and then bout 10 mins later, i turn it back on and start to drive it bogs down[i hit the gas pedal and the rpms dont rise], and if your in the so cal area, or even cali there are hills and mts. everywhere and my car has problems climbing the hills too.. :?

i have done a full tune up bout 2 months ago
fuel filter,cap-rotor,plugs, plug wires, air filter, and the oil is changed bout every 3000 miles..

the only thing that doesnt belong on the car is the TB, its off a 95 ex
[i had a problem with the stock on]

maybe someone could help me with this problem

ps no check engine light, and the cat converter is good

do a cold and warm compresion check, is the problem constant? if so check for a wet air filter or clog somewhere.

Is it overheating?

the air filter is dry and no overheating, and i did a compression check today at school and its fine..

i think its my tranny, i just got home and the car was runnin w/o the power, and i herd this noise, then i push in the clutch and the noise went away then i let off the clutch and the noise came back, the noise sounds like somethin is spinning, like the pliot or the throw out bearing is bad..idk :?

that is the throwout bearing but is not related any way to the poor performance of your engine.

Since it only happens when the engine is warm, and you swapped out your throttle body...
Compare your old and new throttle body - are they identical? I have a few sohc TB's and one of them does not have the FITV thing hanging down on the bottom.
Be sure the one you replaced is exactly like your old one and that the coolant lines are properly running through it.

your sure the cat is good do you smell any fumes when you opn the hood

cuz i had to gut my cat recently cuz my header forced power through it and broke all the insides and plugged the rear hole of the cat up!!!!

other then that idk.

the TB look the same, its the stock one from a 95 ex, would the vtec TB have any diff on my non vtec motor ??

and ya i took the cat off at my school and looked at it and my teacher looked at it also and he said it was fine.

as long at both TB's look identical, then that should be ok

do you know the last time your fuel filter was replaced? :? this is a tough one.. plugs looked okay when you did the compresion check? bad coil could be a possibility. heat causes resistance in electrical components check everything you can think of. maybe have your injectors cleaned.
