hey i was wondering if i can put my d16y8 head on my lil brothers d15b7 motor to raise the compression and make it vtec? is that what is ment by a mini-me swap? i am aware if thgis works he will need a new ecu" so if it works will a p28 work?

But basically you will be swapping heads and use the p28. Unless the car is a 92 it has to wired for vtec as well.
