wierd bog
Posted: Thu Oct 30, 2008 4:00 amthe other day i shifted into third and the car bogged down and then picked back up so i pulled over. when i started driving agian the bog remained. i replaced the the dist. cap and rotor button thinking it was electrical. but it still bogs. so i replaced the fuel filter which had never been changed. but it still bogs. i checked the wires and spark plugs and they are fine. i have no idea what the problem is now, and when i pull off the fuel fill cap there is no suction so i think im losing pressure somewhere. any suggestions on what it might be?
... possible dead O2 sensor? When my o2 sensor died... my car acted weird and boggy at red lights.... that my 2 cents..
