Ok I got a D15b2 with a MPFI swap. I have to rebuild the motor cuz it´s smoking bad. So I might as well put some forged rods on it and some NA Foged pistons. But I´ve had no luck finding these parts for it. I´ve heard that D16 rods and pistons fit on it no problem. That I just have to grind off some of the bottom cylinder walls to clear the rods. I dont want to swap blocks or nothing cuz here in Brazil it´s illegal and i can lose the car. Plus I´ve only got $1100 to spend on parts. What are your sugestion guys?

The D16z6 has a longer stroke, so the rods won't be a direct swap. I'm not 100% sure a D16 piston will bolt to a D15 rod either.
Are you planning on putting a lot of boost into the motor? If not, forged internals are overkill for a daily driven motor.
Suzuki Vitara pistons may also be another option if you want to save a little cash, I believe they are 75.5mm, so you would need to bore your sleeves .020.

d16 rods have journals that are too big for the d15 crank.
fj distributors has a kit for high compression all motor

i think they also have i beam (rod) for d15, certainly worth asking about.
