I am going to start my build soon and I have a eg with the d15b7 with around 69,000 mi on it and i want to put it in a 1990 civic hatch. What would I have to do in order to make that swap considering the difference of obd0 and obd1?

is the hatch multi port fuel injection or dual port fuel injection?
That will be your biggest obstacle if you have to convert from dpfi to mpfi in your 90 hatch.

its just a rolling chasis. i want to throw my b7 in it? cant i just use a jumper harness?

Yeah they make conversion harnesses you can use.
