You can get z6 or y8s for that much. I just called a yard here for a friend and priced a D17a for just 500.

A6 block is a solid foundation for a built SOHC though :thumb:

well then cable trannys are good. BTW the CRX Si come with "disc" brakes stock...

cuz i thought u were trying to tell me ALL si's come with 4 disc..

cuz i have a friend with a SI crx 2 disc back drums..

and iv seen 3 other SI's like that.. then i have one friend with 4 disc.

it's b/s their automatic SI's too thats so lame... (del sol automatic)

i d k about crx and civic?

the d16a6 came in 88-91 civic si's, crx si's and ex sedans. only 90-91 CRX si's had rear discs.

my bad, the 4wd wagon had the a6 too. 88-91 to me is hatches and crxs'... just ask dirk, he knows.

450 seems pretty good tho, since it has the tranny and what not.
