Not sure on the question. If your building a minime with a OBD0 block you just need to use an obd1 alternator and a distributor.

All D Series Vtec Heads are OBD 1(d16z6,d15z1) or OBD2(d16y8,d16y5)

If you just want a jumper harness rywire sells quite a few different ones. HERE is the link his EG Section.

If this is a different question like you want to put a OBD1 Minime into something obd0 such as a EF or CRX rywire also makes conversion harnesses for that as well.

I´m building mini-me d16a6 block, D16Z6 head, and p28 ecu. Or use EH9 0bd1 wiring( Underhood, Dashboard).

So I think you would need this to use a P28 obd1 ecu in your chassis harness:

and this to go from your chassis harness to your engine:

if your current setup is DPFI (2 injectors)
