Where does this oil come from?
What must i fix?

Actually I'm gonna disagree. Looks like there's oil from above the headgasket. Check the distributer, and stuff up that way. But its kinda hard to tell from the pics, they're pretty small.

I'm standing by something other than the headgasket.

if that's an old leak, then I say HG. Oil will slowly seep its way up over time as dirt and dust sticks to it. And there's a lot below as well.
There is an O ring on the distributor shaft that can leak but look how clean the tranny is.

There are some sensors on the side of the head under the distributor... you might check if one of those are leaking but I don't think any of those are oil related...

It looks like its coming from the dizzy I agree with Mike and Teal..U could always wipe or look right under the dizzy to see if its leaking...

simple green it and see if the leak comes back

yup totally..

it could be the HG and VC gasket as well

but my car is doin the same thing
but its my o ring inside the dizzy not the one
outside the dizzy

mINES DID THAT BCUZ OF THE VALVE COVER GASKET. ON A Z6. ONE OF THE BOLTS TO HOLD THE VALVE COVER WERE STRIPPED SO NOT MUCH HOLDING DOWN POWER THERE. SOOOOOOOOO IM LOOKIN AND TO BE THE O-RING OF THE DIZZY SEEMS A BIT FAR. SO DO THIS..

CLEAN THE AREA .. GOOD. ..

TURN ENGINE ON. AND REV FROM THE ENGINE BAY. DONT REDLINE THE ENGINE, JUST GIVE IT SOME STEADY REVVIN AND WATCH.. SEE WHERE IT'S COMING FROM. LOOKS LIKE A HEAD GASKET, BUT U WOULD SEE OIL AND COOLANT MIX RIGHT TEAL?...
