Yes, first try an easy out bit. How it works is its threads are backwards, when u use it in a drill it will sink itself into the broken bolt and then when u reverse the drill, it will lock into the bolt and attempt to spin it out. I tried this when my valve cover bolts broke and the bit broke because u have to use a small one.
If this doesn't work, your next choice is the drill out the old bolt (hard as balls) and re-tap the whole.
I got the point where i said fuck it and left it alone, i now use a valve cover gasket as well as RTV sealant (or honda bond)

my old motor (as of yesterday) had the same problem, i need to try this in case i want to rebuild it
