Project EGG... UPDATES PG 3, 5-27-09

Car Price:$270

Timing belt kit:$35
Labor:$100

Total to get car running:$135

As of 4-6-09 the car runs and drives great


Next to work on is the suspension since it sits at 4x4 status at the moment

here is a list of what i would like to do as far as suspension

Apexi N1 coilovers ITR spec-$200
ASR rear subframe Brac(Black)-$200 Shipped
Blox rear sway bar-$170 shipped


Suspension total=$570 for a $1400 setup yes please

After i do suspension comes the bodywork (winter 2009)

Coupe front end-$20+ case of beer
Rust repair on rest of car-$20 + case of beer
Car in Primer-$20
Paint(single stage teal)-$50(got a great deal on the paint)



The last thing on my list of Mods that i will be doing to my civic is a set of wheels.

Wheels that i am getting:

Rota Track-R's 15x6.5 15offset-$465 Shipped



The car also needs some attention to the interior so i will be replacing or modding the following

Seats(Red recaro knock offs)-$360
Seat brackets(Ebay)-$50
Harnesses(4pt,Black,Ebay)-$50
Harness Bar(ebay)-$120 shipped
Custom Headliner(Volcom Crossword fabric)-$have

JDM antenna block off plate w/gasket and screws
JDM A/C block off
EX gauge cluster w/tach
set of 14" steelies

thats all i can think of for now.

I installed my Antenna block off plate
Rewired my Radio
Installed my EX Gauge cluster
Figured out my Gauge wiring problem(Dimmer Switch)
Installed my "JDM" fogs
Got 14" del sol wheels

I am hopefully getting my suspension setup in the next few weeks. I have to finish paying it off :lol:
