so iv been on the look out for a eg8 and i stumbled apon a eh9 on cl
the guy wanted 575 for it i bought it for 550 and drove in an hour home with no problems
will post pics tomorrow here are the specs

Specs:
1992 civic ex 4door
1.6 vtec d16z6 with 305K and climbing runs mint pulls hard vtec kicks good
5spd with good clutch no grinds so far
i am the third owner has clean title no accidents or anything like that
no ac or radio
sunroof that works and doesnt leaks
4 wheel disc brakes (with removed abs) with new rotors and calipers and pads in the rear :thumb: :thumb:
typical rust not bad tho only the size of a quarter or so
hood is pretty beat up clear coat is almost completly gone and is rusting pretty bad
power windows and locks but neither work
the power windows work but keep popping fuses everytime i use it :?

Plans:
-get the rust fixed and paint it white will probablly get a local shop to do it for me since i have very minimal time to do it myself
-swap doors and hood from my white eg8 and use those power locks and windows just have to use a different key which im fine with
-rebuild my jdm d15b and swap it in sometime next spring hopefully
-put radio in from my white eg8
-swap any good parts from my eg8 like my exhaust and intake etc.
-eventually lower it and get some rotas

swapped hoods today with my eg8 so now i have a white hood

next i swapped my good parts ie intake and valve cover from my jdm d15b
along with new plugs and wires and cap runs great :thumb:

couldnt figure out the locks for the life of me but i did find the remains of an old alarm that somone half ass took out so im thinking that is the problem not too sure not really worried about it

not doinfg much more till i get somemoney for a paint job/rust repair
maybe some city lights in the mean time
i will be getting my parts to rebuild my jdm d15 soon so i might drop the motor and start doing that soon

nice man, just clean that bay up a lil bit and it would look way better in that dept. :thumb:

hopfully ill have a qoute for my body work by sunday :thumb:
