Wish I was almost complete I still need to do body work for my car
hahaha. But I really dont want to drive around with primer marks
all over the car and or a primed out car. lol i dont kno. its something
about it that i just cant do ;P so if anything I want to do everything
all at once. bodywork and paint that is.


youre right man, i also started my mods with a serious paint job. then came the stuff after that. save up and put him to sleep for a while. when he wakes up he'll be surprised for sure!

Got a new head unit because I broke the oem one while taking it
out of the dash for re-organizing since I got the optional console.
Finally put my coin/cup holder to use it was collecting dust. Lol so
heres a daytime pic like I said I would get. :D

I have my audio setup the same way in my Sedan. Mercury Sable Cup holder with Deck and Insert below in the Optional Console.

Looking forward to more updates. :thumb:

Nicee :D Im so loving that optional console and the cup/coin holders
are awesome. SOOOOOOOOO much better then the oem cup holders
that never really hold anything. Hahha

keeps on cracking. I sanded that area down like 2 times now and it
still cracks!@ Should I primer it first? Well not crack but like after I
spray the 2nd coat it would bubble up and look like rivets.

- Tue Aug 11, 2009 8:14 pm #137316 you need to clean it better. ther is somthing under the paint or etched onto the metal causeing a reaction to the paint... get some aircraft striper and start fresh on the wheel. strip it all the way down to the metal and scuff it up agin and clean it... then use a self-etch primer. helps bond the paint to the metal.. but only a very light coat. dont use it like paint or reg. primer.. then start to apply your paint....
