- Sun Feb 27, 2011 6:30 am #241188 Got the exhaust on PITA not much else, it has a deep tone sounds alright outside the car but inside its loud, i have no carpet and im getting alot of vibration. Sometime next week i have to do a valve adjustment valves got louder i dont know if thats normal after an exhaust install. But heres a few pics it was dark and my camera sucks.

- Mon Feb 28, 2011 1:12 am #241317 Downdate, went to my parents house today 70 miles there and back. I get into town and the motor shuts off and wont start, Pop the hood check the fuses all is good it starts up and im rollin again get 1 mile down the road it shuts off again so i got it towed to my house. It continues to randomly shut off not sure whats going on. But its going into the shop 2maro i hope its something small.

aww man i have a toot can like that and it gives me a headache inside the car, it came with a baffle so its half the loudness but still rather loud, i feel your pain

- Sat Mar 05, 2011 12:15 am #242298 Ok i got some new rims not sure what brand 16in with almost new tires and a small lip, just need to get them balanced, and they need resprayed black. $300 not too bad as new tires for my steelies would run just over $200. Tomorrow im taking the s bend exhaust pipe out cause it hangs down ima put the stock piece back and hopefully the ebay dude will send me one that fits. And of course more sanding and hopefully priming her up.

I dont have any pics, its dark outside so ill put some up 2maro.

- Tue Mar 15, 2011 6:09 pm #244050 Installed new inner and outter tie rods with new bellows boots, taking it to get inspected again today, but heres a few pics with the rims and some more drop up front, also got more sanding done.

- Fri Mar 18, 2011 5:56 pm #244715 Started priming yesterday(should get the rest done on sunday), but im in need of some parts before i go too much further, L rear filler panel, rear bumper. Also i finally got the car thru inspection a day or so ago.

Front end alignment is complete it took 3 days to find a shop that could do it no shops around here are that great and my daily shops alignment machine was down, i had an appoitment at tire outfitters today but my car got stuck halfway up the ramp so that was a no go, but found another place close by that wasnt too busy and with a lower ramp.

Alignment specs

camber
Left front -2.8 Right front -2.7
left rear -2.0 right rear -1.7

toe
left front 0.02 right front 0.00
left rear 0.05 right rear 0.07


gunmetal sounds pretty good with the polished lip that might be a go.

But i finally primered it and did some dent repairs, realigned the trunk, put new spark plugs in and did an oil change. (currently the hood and bumpers are not ready for primer yet, unpainted)But heres a few pics.
