Now I need a bloody new bumper, indicators and front wing. *VERY unhappy face*

Also my Exhaust's began rattling and I curbed my front right alloy.

Damnit.

Looks like I'll be fitting the bumper, indicators and wing myself. There is DIY threads on them, but can anyone offer any tips?

Will post pictures tomorrow morning when it's light again. There's still deer hair wedged into the bumper

Went over a speed bump with a fat mate in the back and now I've cracked my exhaust off, so I've got to replace that. Also I'm finally getting some matching wheels for £120 which is pretty cheap really.
Fixed up my bumper with some selotape, but i'm getting a new one soon and going to put it on
God running a civic is expensive...

Yeah, my coupe's being a nightmare recently. which is a shame because I love her to bits. Seems that's now become too literal! Ha.

currently I'm in a bit of a dilema. I was planning on doing a B18 swap from a 1.8 VTI 4door over the summer, but due to the "Availability" of an RX-7 I'm slightly leaning towards that instead.

My first plan was to rice it out a treat, but I've come to my senses. My priorities at the moment are to sort out the problems, then drop it, get a CF hood + CF lip and give it a respray.

Your coupe Auto or manual? and where abouts in the UK you from?

Guess I got lucky having a black car & Black duct tape! People thought I had a new bumper haha. Also getting some new wheels soon, At least I've got my priorities right haha! but my wheels're worth a lot more and i got these cheap so i can flog my old ones to maybe fund my CF bonnet!



I want to make them a vibrant colour. Was thinking a bright yellow, or a nice bright pink. Anyone got any suggestions?

yer i had the ricer thort as well and till a started reading about on here and found out haw bad im going to look and after seeing sum nice basic cool looks on here i thort ill just keep it basic and not over do it yet and save me sum money. so im doing the black fake spoon lip and rear 16" white 6 spoke wheels raped in T1R's lower it abit and a rear tint cf oem hood and a respray strip the rear out chuck a
c-bar and front strut in intake and a full 4" exhaust stage 2 clutch and flywheel. and thats all my stage 1/3 for the EJBAY car

na dude keep on the honda seen puls rx7s will give you more problems than the civic plus hondas are fun to work on as you have all ready found out when you find half a dear in your intake lol

Yesterday, I went to the tip to get a few things and found a mint hatch, stole loads of stuff off of it to fix+ put on mine then, I came downstairs, to see this.


Piled them into my car and decided to take them up to my grans to work on them Unloaded everything.



My wheels, a new replacement bumper, mint lights, new headrests, floor mats, a new air filter & some sun visors that were off an imported Prelude [Have japanese writing on, thought "that'd make me think I'm JDM"]

First things first, replacaed the wheels. surprise to see them looking so shiny! :3

Almost look out of place on my car!
Then did the bumper, The screws that bolt onto the wings were stuck on and we had no way of breaking them off, so i had to cut the wing to get them off with the old bumper, bit depressing...

Then on goes the new one!

Just needs a good wash, spray, touch up, dropping, new bonnet & maybe new seats!

Decided to take this as a sign I need a CF one, but for now I've put some filler in the holes where the H was, and made my own custom honda badge...



And my custom Honda badge.... It's only tempory to cover up the sanding of the filler, getting touch up paint tomorrow

Then the wheel nuts... They're an aquired taste. You either love'em or hate'em...



Then finally needed to do the bumper think it came out alright

I would get new lugs myself, mine're all mis-matched, but being a student means funds're stupidly low and they do the job. So I thought I'd spend my money more wisely, bought my 3rd set of wheels, Mugen lip & a new front left wing [mine's damaged, although It's been hammered out by me with a crowbar, still looks crap]

Next thing is coilovers, getting my exhaust fixed & then it's time to get a B18 or boost my D15b7. Not sure what to do next - I'll find out nearer the time I think...

upgrades:
Suspension [Coilovers, Strut bars, rear control arms, maybe camber kit?]
then:

Either - Turbo my D15b7 - t3t4 ebay special turbo kit, and a full cat back s/s system
OR
Swap a B18 into it.

Not sure yet. - any advice/other ideas/suggestions/comments?
