new turbo need input

got a used turbo. needs rebuilt. anyways. it is a T04E14 cold side is .70. the hotside is big (1.32) I can swap exhaust sides right? will it boost on any honda motor? input on what to make it boost. I already know it will have to be a good thorough build. sleeves forged internals... please no flames. just asking a question could find info online. my DSM friend said it wouldnt boost. but he has a gt42r on a colt. dont get it. I think he was kidding... THATS MASSIVE

thats quite big. its made to run a 7.8L diesel so..... maybe if you plan on making stupid amounts of power?? and 513 baby

if you are going to drag race its perfect just get a brand new one from a reputable company that backs its products and has a name to protect. this way if something goes wrong with it you can bitch and either theyll rebuild it for free or u get a newone

well it will work at 7500 rpm lol
but if you could get a exshust smaller it will work
