i bought a new t3/t4 turbo yesterday and its equipped with an internal wastegate. i dont know if i should save some money and keep the internal wastegate? or should i buy an external. how much boost can i run witht he internal? any extra info? thanks

internal waste gates are usually adjustable, up to ~ 10psi.
using a simple manual boost controller you could go higher.

or play with the springs to make the gate hold more pressure.. ie change the spring for a stiffer one..

how much power do you hope to make? An external gate can help avoid boost creep where an internal wastegate will not be able to bypass any more.

well im only planning on running like 8-10 psi on my b16b. should i just keep it?
