Correct

You can take out the waste gate spring until you get to the Tuners and then put it back in. This way your constantly wasting and not going to boost.

That's what I was gonna say, no WG.

If you're going to build the motor, why bother putting the turbo on it now?

#98446 Rather than just throwing money at the turbo kit, i'd take the money and build the engine first then add the turbo later.
