If your Running a Boosted D running 250 Hp you will be smoking "stock" Lsvtec's / b16's
You should have more torque. However it will depend on your setup. If you run a smaller turbo you will have torque low in the power band. If you run a bigger turbo you will less torque in your power band.
Both will yield more torque then the B's stock. However having it lower in your power band should yield more effective for Daily Driving/Auto X.
If you are building a bottom end I would recommend at least Stock Compression Pistons and Forged Rods, and possibly Rings. Then if you Boost you don't have to turn up the Psi to make up for lost compression. Also if you have problems with your turbo system, i.e. a boost leak you wont be super slow. I beat a "Built" z6(Forged Rods, Rings, Block guard, Vitaras) when he had turbo issues with my Stock z6. Why? Because he had lower compression pistons and was making less power then my z6.
That said, I would still recommend Nitrous, Dont wear out your engine as much. Have less issues to go wrong as its a much less complicated sytsem, No oil lines to run, etc... I have scene more then 1 Turbo'd Honda have boost issues at the "track". Turbo systems can be awesome, However I love the simplicity of Nitrous. However there is no free lunch. Nitrous will probably cost you more money in the long run, but be cheaper in the short. 400 Bucks will get you a Nice wet kit that can safely get you an extra 100hp with a good tune. Unless you go with a Home made setup a Turbo system, You probally wont yield the same results.
