what kinda power u lookin for bud?! stock internals r good for about 8psi when it comes to the average person. But seeing as ur rings r gone its probably time for alittle freshin up. So rods and pistons with new rings,
turbo mani, turbo itself, waste gate if not internal, oil lines and a pan thats tapped for a return, water lines depending on the turbo, BOV, piping and intercooler, injectors and fuel pump again depending on the power ur looking for, colder spark plugs, a vaccum block and oil catch can maybe. and some kinda tune/computer depending of course. Did i miss anything guys?

turbo build usually means forged rods & pistons, ARP head studs...
sometimes sleeves/block guard.
The D15b2 is not a motor worth investing that kind of $$ into, if they even make the internals you need for that block.
