The best way to determine what any given turbo will make on your set up is to plot the compressor map, I can post a tutorial on how to do this, but for now you can just look at the total flow and remember it takes 1 Lbs/min to make 10 hp so with that in mind look at this map for a garret t3 60 trim, you see the island rings end at around 32 Lbs/min, this tells us that it produces enough flow to make 320 hp however it will be in the 65% and less efficiency range meaning it will be working very hard and making allot of hot air at that point, ideally you want to stay above 70 to 75% to be sure yur turbo isnt producing gobs of super hot air. so look at the map again and notice that the 74% island ends at around 275 hp and even then thats at a very high PSI, you can tell the PSI by the numbers running up the left side, again i will post a tutorial on how to convert them to PSI, but for now i hope this helps yah. I am not 100% sure this map is for the exact same turbo your talking about, but using google you should be able to find most any map for any given turbo.
