Boost the single slammer. For that price you could build a mean z6... All depends on what kind of power the rsx is making too..

man.....Could i really get my zc to rip ass (lol) like That?? when ppl say built do you mean a certain variety of modifications? or just a bunch of "whatever?"
would reinforcing the block allow for me to throw in more boost or a larger turbo?

Depending on how much power you're buddy with the RSX is making, 3000-4000 will likely not get you in front of him. But for that much money, a T3 Super 60, Vitara low comp pistons, supporting fuel mods and such can get you around 300 whp with proper tuning. Do some research on Honda-Tech and what not and go from there. The D16Z6 can make some power.

Yes build means a variety of mods done to the motor for a specific set up such as boosting which is what we're talking bour here.
And yes reinforcing your block(sleeving)will let you boost higher to gaing higher hp numbers. But also with the right internals. Eagle has monster sleeves that run you around $800 to 900 depending on the apllication. They are garanteed to withstand up 55 pounds of boost.

I'm going to say this because I'm going through the same thing right now. Research, research, research, and when you think you know what you're doing, research some more. Coming and asking people everything will teach you nothing. And sleeving a block, and putting down enough horsepower to warrant a sleeved block is going to cost you well more than 4 grand. On the stock sleeves with low compression pistons, aftermarket rods, correct engine management and a proper fuel supply, you could see 400 horsepower if you do everything correclty. Honda-tech.com, onecamonly.com, d-series.org, they've all got plenty of information on what you need to know.
