I have a 92 eg. Lsb18b1 swap and im looking to boost it. I got eagle rods, and low comp pistons on the way. A block guard and a nice thick low comp head gasket. I want to run a gt30 for the turbo and was thinking of 660cc injectors with 255 fuel pump.
Would chrome be able to come up with 400wheel?
What else would i need to get to achieve this number. And with the peices that i mentioned above, would my bottom end be able to withstand the numbers i want to achieve.
Thanks guys

That combo would work. but you don't have to go low comp. low comp=more boost to get more power. What pistons have you been looking at? like brand and such?
Chrome should work, but who will be tuning it?

Ive been looking at the brian crower sets and the JE SRP pistons. the brian crower's compression ratio is 10:5:1 and the je's are 10:7:1.
And about tuning, Im not sure, we had a shop up here that would have done it, but its closed now.
So finding someone to tune it is going to be a challange.
Thanks for the help man. Let me know what you think

whith the compression you whant to run you whant to make sure you get a real good tunner because you whont have a lot of room for mistakes but your goal will be easily reached.

What would be a super safe compression to run? And again, thanks for the fast responses guys

If it were me i would check into wiseco pistons, with eagle rods. It's one of the cheapest set up's to do, and they work great. Thats what i just used for my d16. but a buddy of mine is using wiseco/eagle set up in his SFWD race car and he hasn't had a problem. his integra is making 890hp.
but that is also with a good tuner. so be sure you're going to have someone on hand that can tune properly.
I think you'll be fine with any c/r, as long as you have a good tuner.

i'd recomend the 9.1.1 compression ratio piston or 8.1.1if you want 400hp +, the 9.1.1 for the tuning more of an open window for error and adjustment in tune and some rc750cc

crome will be fine, and 400 is very easy to reach with that motor. 8-9 compression is just fine either way for that power level.
