b series turbo

ive got a b16a2 and i looking into turboing , ive been told that the b series isnt really worth turboing due to the heads being weak on them is this true ? and what would i need to turbo ? and what would i have to do turbo my b series ?

a turbo kit

put the turbo kit on and get that poop tuned. nothing wrong at all with boosting a b series as long as you are smart about it

id only run it at 0.7bar

"0.7bar" is completely irrelevant for a power goal.


your B16's rods are good to 300whp if properly tuned.

our engines are pretty good up until about 300, but its all about the tune

our engines are pretty good up until about 300, but its all about the tune


x3 i am a poud b16 owner as well :thumb: ... im on a street tune and im guessing im around 275 whp... i wana go to the dyno in the fall...
