Greddy's turbo kits are pretty good from what I hear. Look at the turbine and see if theres any chips/goudges in it, check for shaft play, see if theres any cracks or anything on it...

What he means by shaft play is any movement in the shaft other than it spinning; i.e. side to side, up and down, in and out.
Also make sure you have all of the following:
- Turbo
- Intercooler
- Intercooler piping
- T-bolt clamps
- Couplers
- Blow-off valve
- Wastegate
- Dump pipe
- Fuel injectors
- Resistor box (if the fuel injectors are low impedance)
- Boost gauge
- Vacuum lines
- Vacuum Ts or a Vacuum manifold
- Oil feed line
- Oil Drain line
- Drain line fitting for your oil pan
- T splitter for your oil feed line
- Downpipe
- Gaskets and bolts for everything

Sounds dece.
The GReddy TD04H has a T25 inlet flange, so just buy yourself an ebay cast manifold with a T25 flange.
