I was wondering if it was possible to put an intercooler on a supercharger and how its done?

Depends on the Supercharger. If you have a centrifugal supercharger(looks like a turbo) it can be piped to an intercooler to to your engine. If you use something such as an the Jackson Racing Super charger that connects to your engine as an Intake Manifold then you cant reroute the air.
If you want an intercooler then your best off getting a Turbo setup. The Only advantage to going to a centrifugal supercharger would be the ability to add an On/Off Switch. When you get a centrifugal supercharger You have would have the same lag that a turbo would get.

As far as I know, you can't re-route the air from a roots type or twin screw type supercharger, but there are water-air aftercoolers that go between the blower itself and the intake plenum.

x2
Other than, you can use a heat exchager for the jackson charger setup, that mounts in the bumper and looks like an intercooler.
