turbo options

hey
i have been doing some resaerch for a boost project next spring
i want to boost my stock d15b and i know everyone says to run a t25 or t3 at max but
has anyone used an audi turbo like the k03 or k04?
any feed back is greatly apreicated

well i might have to consider it for the spring
i know they are econmy turbos and are reallly small but it could be perfect for a dd with boost

yeah thats tru let me kno how it turns out im very interested in this now... i have used an rx-7 single turbo on my eg before i dunno what size or trim i got it from a buddy of mines but audi turbos... thats new...

i know its gonna be a bitch to fabricate an exahust mani for it
but i think they have great potential
it really depends how much i can convince my buddy to weld for me
from what i have seen on audis they hold boost very well but not good at anything above like 12
which isint a problem for me but could be for other ppl
if i get one i will make a build thread on it
