But some stuff came friday for the new build.

The big parts laid out!

Wiseco 81.5mm pistons 9.5-1 CR
Eagle Rods
ARP rod bolts
Brian Crower Stage II cams
AEM Tru-Time Cam gears

I still have a lot of things to order and it'd be wise to make a list.

First a HUGE thanks to voting me for ride of the month for the month of may! I was so excited when I saw it on the home page!

So, my block and pistons are currently at the machine shop, I am waiting on them for the "built" bottom end.

I picked up a full B18B1 with 97,000 miles for $400, to get me by. I REALLY wanted to see how far I could get into the 11's with a stock motor anyhow.

Not to worry, the built motor will be in and retuned before Import FaceOff comes to St. Louis in August.

Awaiting some gaskets from inlinefour and I need to rebuild my turbo. Then she will be back on the road how she was before!

- Thu May 23, 2013 12:42 am #332038 alrighty been working on it some. I also got my block back from being machined, I need to measure for bearing clearances, order bearings, and then assemble the built bottom end.

I am trying to get it in and retuned before Import FaceOff comes to Gateway Motorsports Park here in St. Louis August 25th.

Got the stock motor back in. Should be ready to run within a couple days, Valve lash adjustment and put some oil in it and it should fire.

My apologies for the crappy photos, the only camera's I have are a GoPro, and iPhone 4.

I rewrapped my exhaust pieces with some fresh DEI heat wrap.

A pic of the engine bay all buttoned up, didnt get any pics during really cause I did it all by myself for the most part.




Stay tuned, next on the list is assembling the "built" bottom end and some head work!

I need to save money so I can switch to hondata, finding a tuner for eCtune in my area is hell. More to come!
