Hi!
I started to look around for the armrest and found one here http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewPrd. ... ategory=69
I know they're not OEM but they are padded, my question is are the original ones also padded?
Just wondering 'cause I've seen some that look like leather, which would feel cold during winter season.

those are actually OEM honda accessory and far as i know. the Japanese ones came padded /cloth top and i think some OEM Honda option parts came like that too.

That is the USDM optional armrest. They made a short japanese arm rest that has a padded vinyl top as well as the long cloth/tweed ones.

I'm not sure exactly how much you would save but don't forget about eBay. I've seen some for a tab bit less that are OEM

I'd probably pay the same as on jhpusa 'cause of the shipping costs plus their armrests are new or look like that.
